How many words can I craft with a Starter Plan?
Our Starter Plan has 2 tiers. The lowest tier allows users to craft up to 20,000 words each month. The second tier allows users to craft up to 50,000 words each month.
Every time you craft, you’ll see a word count in the bottom right hand corner of the output. Some tools produce more words (like Bullet Point to Paragraph and Linkedin Post). Some tools produce less content (like Blog Titles and Catchy Email Subjects). That being said, most outputs are around 150 words.
That means you can craft about 135 outputs (averaging 150 words in length) before you hit your 20,000 word limit, and about 335 outputs before you reach the 50,000 word limit.
How many words can I craft with a Crafter Plan?
Our Crafter Plan has 3 tiers. The first tier is allows for 70,000 words each month. The second tier allows for 100,000 words each month. The third allows users to craft up to 300,000 words each month. The highest tier is $579/month and allows users to craft up to 700,000 words each month.

Can I pay annually rather than monthly?
Yes! If you choose an annual plan instead of a monthly plan we’ll reward you with a discount that amounts to 2 months free.
How many team members can I add to my account?
Our Team accounts are great for sharing and organizing your crafted content with your coworkers. You can add up to 10 team members to any tier of the Crafter Plan for an additional $25 per team member per month. Your team members will share the word count of your chosen tier.
Can I add team members to a Starter Plan?
With a Craftly team you can collaborate with your colleagues within the portal by sharing creations and analytics. Having a team lets you keep track of your projects and tasks, organize your team’s content and share files, all while staying connected with one another. Craftly Teams provides the special ingredients you need to make your team successful.
The Starter Plan does not offer Team accounts. If you would like to add and collaborate with team members, you will need to be on a Crafter Plan.
How much does it cost for a custom tool?

What is an Enterprise Plan?
Our Enterprise Plan is a customizable solution for unique tools for your own business, API access and whitelabelling. We assess these flexible packages on a case by case basis.
How are words calculated?
Every time you craft content, you’ll receive roughly 3-5 outputs averaging about 150 words each (with some tools producing higher word counts, and some producing less). You will see the word count in the bottom right hand corner of each output . All of the words crafted in each output (even the ones you don’t use) will be counted towards your total word limit for the month.
Which plan is best for me?
Your monthly plan depends on two things: how many words you plan on crafting every month, and what inclusions you need. There is a detailed list of plan inclusions and differentiators above. Have no fear! You can change your plan anytime.
What are Teams?
Teams offers a collaborative portal where you can create content along side your colleagues or classmates. Get access to their content, select projects, and edit documents within the text-editor together, all in app!
What happens if I run out of word credits?
Some months you might need to write a ton. But if you run out of credits, no fear!
You can upgrade your plan permanently to any of the higher tiered plans that more appropriately reflect the amount of words you craft each month.
You can also do a one time top up to any of the higher tiers within your plan. For example, a Starter Plan user can top up from the 20,000 word plan to the 50,000 word plan. A Crafter Plan user can top up from the 70,000 word plan to the 100,000, 300,000, or 700,000 word plans. The one time top up is not available for Starter Plan users who would like to switch to a Crafter Plan. At the end of the month, the price will return to your originally selected plan.
If you’re interested in topping up your plan, you’re also able to select the auto-top up feature which allows you to craft content freely without being asked to top up if you run out of word credits. At the end of the month, the price will return to your originally selected plan.
Why do I have to put in my credit card details for a free trial?
Listen, we know inputting your credit card details is annoying. We do this as a level of protection, so that we know you’re a real person. You will not be charged until after your free trial has ended.
